Refund and Return/Exchange Policy
I. 30-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return and exchange service. Within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods, if you are not satisfied with the product or find any quality issues, you can apply for a return or exchange.
II. Return Conditions
Non-Quality Issue Returns (No-Reason Returns): The product must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging, instructions, accessories, and gifts complete and intact, and must not affect resale. In this case, the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs (we will deduct the relevant logistics costs from the refund).
Quality Issues or Wrong Item Returns: If the product has structural damage (such as a broken cabinet), large areas of paint peeling, or the wrong style/color was sent, please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours of signing for the goods. If it is verified that the issue is our responsibility, we will provide a free return or exchange and bear the round-trip shipping costs.
III. Refund Process and Arrival Time
After your return request is approved by customer service, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and a return address. Please return the goods within 14 days of obtaining authorization.
Once we receive the returned goods and verify that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account. The actual arrival time of the funds is approximately 3 business days after the refund is processed. The specific arrival speed depends on your issuing bank or payment platform (such as PayPal, credit card bank, etc.). Please be patient.
IV. The following situations do not accept returns:
Orders exceeding the 30-day return/exchange period.
Goods that have been installed, assembled, or damaged by the customer.
Goods missing original packaging, accessories, or gifts, making them unsaleable.
Clearance sale items or items marked "Final Sale" (if specifically stated on the product details page).
